Effective 3 August 2026 • Rules governing access to and use of MilanSaathi.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Zen Apps Production, Surat, Gujarat, India, for use of MilanSaathi.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally competent to enter a contract and legally eligible to seek marriage under the laws applicable to you. By creating a profile for another person, you confirm that you have their permission and authority to provide their information.
MilanSaathi is provided for genuine matrimonial discovery and related communication. It is not a dating, escort, employment, lending, investment, fundraising or commercial solicitation service.
Members are solely responsible for deciding whom to contact, what information to share and whether to meet offline. MilanSaathi does not arrange or supervise personal meetings.
Use caution before sharing contact details, home or work address, financial information, identity documents or private images. Meet initially in a public place and inform a trusted person.
Verification badges or checks indicate only that specified information or material passed a limited platform process. They are not a criminal, financial, employment, education, family or character background check and do not guarantee identity, compatibility, intention, safety or marriage outcome.
You should independently verify information that is important to your decision.
Paid plans provide the features, limits and duration displayed at purchase. Availability may depend on account status, verification, safety rules and technical capability.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices, taxes and applicable charges are shown before payment. Unless a specific refund promise is displayed at purchase or a refund is required by law, fees for activated or consumed digital membership services are non-refundable.
A membership does not guarantee responses, interest acceptance, compatibility, engagement or marriage.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MilanSaathi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, communicate and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote and improve the service in accordance with your privacy settings and applicable law.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content. The detailed User Content & Conduct Policy forms part of these Terms.
MilanSaathi may review, restrict, hide, reject, remove or preserve content and may warn, limit, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, investigate complaints, comply with law or maintain service integrity.
Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior notice. Where appropriate, you may contact support to request a review.
Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. You must respect information obtained from other members and use it only for legitimate matrimonial communication. You may not publish, sell or misuse another member’s personal information.
No online service can fully verify every member or prevent all fraud. Be alert to impersonation, fake emergencies, investment proposals, loan requests, gift-card requests, romance scams and pressure to share OTPs, bank details or identity documents.
MilanSaathi is not responsible for financial transfers, gifts, loans, investments, personal disputes, offline incidents or conduct between members, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, business or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a minimum number of matches or continued availability of any specific member.
MilanSaathi provides a technology platform for members to discover and communicate with potential matrimonial matches. We are not a marriage bureau, guarantor, investigator, adviser or party to any relationship or marriage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages are excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate MilanSaathi and its operator for third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, misuse of the service, violation of another person’s rights or material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable dispute-resolution law, courts with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.
Before commencing formal proceedings, please contact support and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
We may revise these Terms as the service or law changes. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
