Child Safety Standards

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

MilanSaathi, operated by Zen Apps Production, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our platform must not be used to create, upload, request, distribute, promote, facilitate or otherwise engage in content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child.

These standards apply to profiles, photos, messages, calls, uploaded files, reports, support interactions and every other part of the MilanSaathi service.

2. Adults Only — 18+

MilanSaathi is a matrimony service intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account.

If we become aware of an account belonging to a person under 18, we may restrict, suspend or remove the account and take any additional action required for safety or legal compliance.

3. Prohibited Child-Safety Content and Conduct

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• Grooming or attempting to build a relationship with a child for sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Sextortion, sexual coercion, solicitation or sexual exploitation involving a minor.
• Sex trafficking or facilitation of sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Sexualized content involving minors or attempts to obtain, exchange or distribute sexual imagery of minors.
• Any behavior, communication or content that otherwise sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child.

4. How Users Can Report a Concern

MilanSaathi provides in-app reporting and support mechanisms so members can report profiles, messages, images, suspicious behavior, safety concerns or other violations.

For urgent child-safety concerns, use the Report option available in the app or website. You may also contact our designated child-safety point of contact at support@milansaathi.in.

• Contact support at support@milansaathi.in for child-safety concerns.

5. Action on CSAM and CSAE Reports

When MilanSaathi obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or CSAE, we review the available information and take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law.

Actions may include removing or disabling access to prohibited content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving relevant records where legally appropriate, preventing further platform access, and cooperating with lawful investigations.

6. Reporting to Appropriate Authorities

MilanSaathi is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Where confirmed CSAM or other reportable child exploitation is identified, we maintain a process to report it to the appropriate national or regional authority, or to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required and applicable.

We may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law-enforcement or other competent authorities when required by law.

7. Review and Enforcement

Child-safety reports are treated seriously. Enforcement decisions may consider the reported content, account history, available evidence, user safety and applicable legal obligations.

MilanSaathi may act without prior notice when necessary to protect users, preserve evidence, comply with law or prevent further abuse.

8. Designated Child-Safety Point of Contact

Google Play, users, authorities and other appropriate parties may contact MilanSaathi regarding CSAE/CSAM prevention, reports, enforcement procedures and compliance at support@milansaathi.in.

9. Standards Review

We may update these Child Safety Standards as our services, safety practices or legal obligations change. The latest published version on this page applies to use of MilanSaathi.
